Public Sector Transformation Skills Accelerator

We offer a practical, end-to-end capability development programme, specifically built for the Public Sector, designed to equip teams to deliver real transformation together.

Evolving government priorities, continuing financial challenges, and the opportunities enabled by new AI and automation capabilities mean public sector organisations must continuously transform their models and ways of working.

Although there are many courses on leadership and change management, there is limited training available on true end-to-end transformation — especially training that builds the strategy and design foundations required to shape and deliver meaningful reform.


The PS Transformation Skills Accelerator fills that gap.


Designed for teams (be it Leadership Executive, Transformation Programme Teams or functional teams undergoing change), the PS Transformation Skills Accelerator gives your team a comprehensive method to deliver operational transformation, hands-on examples to apply skills in a realistic public sector context and the opportunity to explore what that means for how you will approach your change together. 


At its core is an Operational Transformation Framework that guides participants through the full transformation lifecycle — from strategic intent to operating model design through to implementing change.

Programme Leader

The course is developed and led by our Managing Director, Ed Bridgeland, drawing on the experience of leading over 50 operating model design and transformation engagements across the Public Sector. 


Ed is a senior organisation strategy and transformation executive with over 20 years’ experience leading transformation in the sector. He has led the development and delivery of numerous capability building programmes for consultants and clients working on transformation. 


Ed’s experience means he is equally comfortable teaching theory, sharing practical insights from across the sector or workshopping specific approaches based on your context.
