Ed is a senior organisation strategy and transformation executive with over twenty years’ experience leading the design and implementation of operational change.
He founded Performance Bridge following a twenty-year career as a senior executive in global professional services.
His transformation skills range from ideas to execution including: strategy setting, policy development, operating model design, process re-engineering, IT requirement development, organisation design, performance management, project and programme management, change management and capability uplift.
He is experienced in successfully leading change across multiple sectors including: health, community services, education, justice, transport, central government agencies, consumer services, Telco and not-for-profits.
Ed has worked as an operations, digital and people transformation consultant in Australia and the UK, prior to which he worked in Local and Central Government.
